Pilot Discussions

If you have an AI infrastructure environment that needs governance — Kubernetes workloads, LangChain agents, MCP deployments, or edge device fleets — let's discuss a structured pilot. We will work with you to define scope, deploy the runtime, and establish measurable outcomes.

Consulting Engagements

Infrastructure assessments, topology extraction, architecture audits, and governance readiness evaluations. We deploy the runtime in your environment, extract a TBoM topology artifact, and deliver a structured architectural report.

Research Collaboration

Academic institutions and non-profit AI safety labs working on non-commercial research receive full access to enterprise features under the InvarOS Public Benefit License. Research interests: mathematical AI safety, formal agent verification, ZK compliance for autonomous systems.

Strategic Partnerships

We are interested in conversations with infrastructure vendors, network hardware manufacturers (for OEM runtime embedding), Kubernetes platform providers, and channel partners operating in regulated and sovereign environments.

Technical Questions

Questions about the C ABI plugin architecture, TBoM schema definitions, mathematical verification architecture, Kubernetes admission configuration, or air-gapped federation design? We are happy to discuss technical specifics with architects and engineers directly.

What to expect

Honest engagement process.

01

Initial scoping call

We learn about your environment, your AI governance requirements, and your constraints. You learn what InvarOS can do today and what remains on the roadmap.

02

Proposed engagement structure

Based on your environment, we propose a specific engagement — topology extraction, architecture assessment, pilot design, or research collaboration. No generic discovery calls.

03

Clear deliverables

Every consulting engagement has defined outputs: a TBoM artifact, an architecture report, a policy scope definition, or a pilot deployment plan. We do not charge for slide decks.

04

Transparent about current state

Software packaging is in progress. We will tell you exactly what is deployable today, what requires manual configuration, and what is on the roadmap. No surprises.
